Jambati singing bowls are the largest type of Tibetan singing bowls, known for their high walls and wide diameter. Traditionally crafted in the Himalayas, these bowls create deep, powerful sounds that range from low second and third octaves up to the rim tones in the fifth octave. The bowl's unique design produces long-lasting vibrations and rich harmonics, making it a valuable instrument for meditation and sound healing practices.
Handcrafted in the Himalayas, each singing bowl is a testament to ancient craftsmanship, forged with dedication and expertise by skilled Artisans in Nepal & India. Unlike conventional musical instruments, these timeless singing bowls cannot be tuned after their creation – their voice is eternally set in the moment they take their final form.
Because of this unique characteristics, each singing bowl at AuraBowls undergoes a rigorous selection process by the founder, Bikki Ranjitkar, a Nepal native based in California, with 15 years of expertise in singing bowl assessment. Through careful testing, he evaluates every bowl for its harmonic balance, ease of playing, and sustained resonance. Less than 1 in 10 meet these exacting standards, ensuring that only the finest pieces make their way into our collection.
- Our thoughtfully crafted ZenHold Cushion + ZenGrip Stability Pad, included with every single bowl, combines anti-slip and anti-buzz design for perfect stability and pure sound.
- Professional Mallet Set (see product images for included mallets)
- Printed User’s Guide (How to Play Instructions & Tips).
- Digital Bonus: AuraBowls Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Bath Collection. Perfect for Meditation, Sleep, and Relaxation
