Experience your singing bowl for 30 days - risk-free. If it doesn't resonate with you, just email us within 30 days of receiving your bowl. We'll guide you through a simple return process for a refund or exchange. Your journey with sound matters to us, and we're here to ensure you find the right bowl.
How to Return
1. Email us at help@aurabowls.com within 30 days of receiving your bowl.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and assistance.
3. Return the complete set (Singing Bowl, ZenHold cushion, and mallets) in its original packaging.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process the refund or exchange.
📦 Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll initiate your refund. The funds will be available in your account within 10 business days.
Restocking Fee
Due to the unique, handcrafted and hand-selected nature of our singing bowls, a modest restocking fee applies to returns:
- 5% for individual singing bowls
- 15% for singing bowl sets
Each of our bowls is a one-of-a-kind piece, carefully sourced and handled with traditional craftsmanship. This fee helps us maintain our commitment to providing authentic, artisanal instruments while covering the careful handling and inspection process required for each return.
Damaged Items
If your singing bowl arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please email us photos immediately, and we will:
